We have a delightful, dedicated Yoga studio at the Duffy shops where we hold regular classes, daytimes and evenings. There's room for a maximum of eight students. Our classes are suitable for both advanced students as well as beginners.
Even if we are giving you a serious stretch, we do our best to keep the classes light hearted ... you might even get a cup of tea!
